In order to inspire the next generation to consider a career in farming, we needed to create an event that would truly grab their attention, in an arena they were familiar with. . . football. Thus was born, Farm Bowl!!! Almost a full year of my life was devoted to making sure this event actually happened. Which meant filming NFL players on farms for ESPN promos, working closely with event team on designs and challenges, and also creating a website where everything lived and thrived. It was an fun project, for a great cause. And getting to meet Kyle Rudolph was cool too.
